I was recently featured in Authority Magazine for the work I’ve been doing with our internationally award-winning documentary, Does Sound Heal. It’s always humbling to see the story of this project reaching new audiences, and to have conversations opening up about the role sound plays in our wellbeing.
Whilst the article refers to me as a filmmaker, I wouldn’t say that’s my role. The true filmmakers behind Does Sound Heal are our incredible producers, Dom Giorgi and Joe Branco. My contribution has been as a co-creator and executive producer, helping to shape the vision of the film and bring together the scientific and artistic voices that make it what it is.
That said, what matters most is that the work is being shared. This project isn’t just about a film—it’s about starting a dialogue on how ancient practices and modern science can come together to support mental health, reduce stress, and reconnect us with something profoundly human.
I’m grateful for every opportunity that allows us to shine a light on this important conversation. The more people we can reach, the more we can inspire curiosity, reflection, and hopefully, positive change.
