THE EMOTIONAL LITERACY & MINDFULNESS WEEKEND RETREAT

(with Sound Frequency Therapies)

You are invited to a unique weekend retreat (only 2 run per year)  These weekend retreats are unlike your standard retreats. You will explore cosmology across cultures along with fully integrated sound frequency therapies (from the ancient Gregorian chants) to solidify your learnings at a cellular level.  These workshops are kept as an intimate group due to the work being so deep, our team will connect with you once you register and discuss your personal intentions and situation. 

Over a two day period you will delve into the following unique work with the following outcomes:

  • Integrated with Sound Therapy, using frequencies that talk to your cellular memory and live sound sessions for deep work.

This work is deep, so please keep your evenings free to integrate the work that you will experience. 

About your Facilitators

Tenille Bentley

Tenille Bentley is an internationally award winning transformative speaker, educator, sound frequency alchemist as well as an author of two thought provoking books “Digital Consciousness and Emotional literacy for kids” she travels the world stages pursuing her journey to be of service to the human family.

Tenille is a well established contemporary thought leader who has been recognised by the Australian Prime Minister with ‘The Australian Leadership Award’ which is only presented to 20 people in Australia, awarded the ‘Australian Financial Review Top 100 Australia’s Women of Influence’, State Finalist in the ‘Telstra Business Woman of the Year’ and inducted into the Western Australian Women’s Hall of Fame by The Governor. Tenille is also a credited and experienced board director.

She is a highly sought after educator, holding a global online broadcasting audience reach of 8M around the world last year. Tenille holds a unique mix of being a successful businesswoman and also honouring the power beyond the seen with transformative tools that delve into the neuro plasticity of the mind. She is seen as the bridge between consciousness, business and the heart.

Steve McLean

Steve Mclean is a wellness specialist who takes a holistic multi-disciplinary approach to training his clients. His background studies in Human Movement (UWA) sparked in him an unquenchable desire to know the deeper workings of our existence in this life.

Looking for more discipline, mentally, physically, and spiritually led him to spend time with the Sannyasins (The Seekers of Truth) and a whole new doorway of experience and spiritual truths came flooding in. Steve has spent the last 27 years integrating his knowledge of Western Exercise Science with Eastern Spiritual practices.

Steve’s clients have been across a broad spectrum of our society, from Expecting Mothers, Tired Mother’s balancing a new born and work, Menopausal and Osteoporotic women, the average Joe wanting to maintain fitness, junior athletes in state development squads, teaching Golf Biomechanics and Sport Psychology to Como High School Golf Academy Students, teaching Certificate 3 & 4 in Health and Fitness at The West Coast College of Fitness, training Corporate Executives holistic stress management techniques, whilst managing the InterContinental Hotel Resort Burswood Recreation facilities, Seniors suffering from degenerative diseases, anxiety attacks, heart disease and arthritis to mentally and physically preparing candidates for the Police and Military entrance exams.

This broad range of experience and study in the search for the best practices has led Steve to create a “Nourishing Movement System” that embodies, Eastern spiritual philosophies, Zen mindfulness techniques, Yoga, Qi  gung, Martial Arts conditioning with Western Exercise science covering, Dance conditioning, Pilates, Prehabilitation – Rehabilitation in the form of corrective exercise techniques based on the FMS screening system. Being holistic in nature this system allows the individual to not only reconnect and repair their body, but to realign, rebalance and reintegrate as one their mind, body and spirit.
