This is a once a week program held at the academy for your child starting as young as 3 years old up to age 12. (If you’re child falls outside of these categories please contact us as there are other solutions available.)
Consider the academy like an extra curricula activity, for example like karate or sports. This program is a continuous one, every Saturday until they hit their teens. This is not a quick fix solution.
Our goal is to integrate these practices at a subconscious level so it becomes second nature to them to practice mindfulness, meditation and emotional literacy.
They will receive an academy chord that is a set colour for each level of their progress over the years.
The investment is $15 per week per child.
If you have more than one child, then you will only have to invest $10 per child per week.
The academy teaches kids many mindfulness techniques proven to bring about many benefits, but as a world first they get access to the unique and tailored sound therapy frequency work – a form of meditation and mindfulness. The Sound Therapy Frequency is unlike any other you may have come across. There are many layers to this experience including tailored frequencies undertones hand designed and built into the experience with multiple unique healing layers with song and guided deep meditations, that have said to bring about DNA healing, inner peace, deep soul healing, awaken intuition, transform and release past traumas and connect deeply with your heart.
The Benefits include but not limited to;
This is an example of the emotional literacy program practiced in the academy.
The Energy Ball Program is an adventure for children, they follow a wonderful journey with Jazzy and Pinky through their chicken school in an animated cartoon, followed up with their own ‘chicken’ scrapbook for their homework. It is a fun and educational exploration to assist in the development of children’s emotional literacy. Helping them to understand their feelings and develop the awareness on how other peoples emotional grid system can impact them.
